Dr. Sarah Stano is a board-certified dermatologist with extensive expertise in medical dermatology, and skin cancer screening and prevention. Born and raised in Boise, Idaho, Dr. Stano spent 14 years in New York City and is excited to return to the West and call Seattle home.

She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Barnard College at Columbia University and her medical degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her internship at Flushing Hospital, followed by a dermatology residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, NY, where she served as chief resident.

Dr. Stano is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She is thorough in her approach and places great importance on ensuring her patients feel heard, understood, and reassured. In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Stano has presented her research at national meetings and has authored numerous textbook chapters and peer-reviewed publications
