Katie Johnson, PA-C

Katie Johnson is a Physician Assistant specializing in dermatology with an empathetic and understanding approach to patient care. She believes that good dermatologic care starts with listening and understanding each patient’s individual concerns, and she works collaboratively with her patients to develop a treatment plan that fits their needs.

Originally from Sebastian, Florida, Katie traded the Florida sunshine for the Pacific Northwest moving from Jacksonville to Washington. She earned her degree in Applied Physiology and Kinesiology from the University of Florida before completing her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Nova Southeastern University in 2025, graduating with highest honors.

Katie’s interest in dermatology started before PA school, when she worked as a dermatology medical assistant. That experience gave her an early appreciation for the specialty and its unique combination of medicine, procedures, and patient relationships. She enjoys helping patients better understand their skin and working together to find treatments that fit their needs and goals.

When she’s not in the office, Katie is exploring her new home in Washington with her fiancé. They’re working their way through the local food scene, finding new hiking spots, and enjoying all the adventures that come with life in the Pacific Northwest.
